On person recently wrote in and asked, “We are interested in using your free conference calling service. However, we know that participants will/may incur long distance calling charges. Is there a way to determine what these charges will be? Before we ask participants to make a commitment?”

The answer is yes.  Calls to Rondee go to 619-2-RONDEE (619-276-6333).  So calls to the Rondee bridge-line cost exactly the same as any other long distance call you would make to area code 619 which is in California. Check with your carrier and see what you would normally pay to call the 619 area code and that will be the same cost they charge you to call Rondee.  Keep in mind that Rondee itself does not charge you for use of our conference calling service.

Currently Rondee only has one access number for conference calls which is 619-276-6333.  This is a California, USA bridge line which means that anybody in the world can participate on a Rondee teleconference as long as they can dial this number.  And we do in fact have folks abroad (e.g. UK, India, Canada and Australia) who are doing exactly that.  At the moment we do not have local bridge access lines for our conferences.
