Using the Same PIN with a Rondee Conference Call
A user just asked us: can more than one person dial into a Rondee conference call using the same PIN?
I was not entirely clear if this user was asking about Scheduled Rondee or Rondee-On-Demand.
If he is talking about Scheduled Rondee: in theory, two people should not be using the same PIN because Rondee gives each conference call participant a PIN that is unique to him or her. However, in practice, Rondee will allow more than one person to use that same PIN on a conference call. They might get a warning message that they can simply disregard it.
If he is talking about Rondee on Demand: the answer is definitely yes. In fact, the way Rondee On Demand was designed is that everyone uses the same PIN for a conference call.
