Inviting more people to a Rondee conference call

Tuesday, November 25th, 2008

Here are the steps to add someone to a Rondee conference:

First, navigate your way back to that Rondee’s page. You have two options:

1) You can either click on the link in the e-mail you received when you organized the Rondee; or
2) You can log back into your account, click on “My Rondees” and then select the particular Rondee you want to invite someone else to join

Once you are on that Rondee’s page, you will see a box titled “Invite more people”. Type in their email address and then click the done button which appears in the lowest right corner of the page

Saving Audio from Rondee Conference Calls

Some organizers elect to have their conference calls recorded so that participants can later access the audio.  When that option is chosen, all participants on the conference are notified.  The audio from the Rondee conference call is then stored for 30 days before being deleted.

Changing your Rondee Timezone for Conference Calls

Wednesday, November 5th, 2008

Sometimes our users move and then need to change their timezone setting for organizing conference calls.  Making this change is simple.  Just log into your Rondee account and click on “My Account”.  On the left side of the screen you’ll see the timezone selector.  Click on that and choose a new timezone & click update.  Future conference calling arranged through Rondee will have your new timezone as the default.
