Rondee is a free conference calling service being used by corporations, small businesses, educational groups, labor unions, prayer groups, student clubs, families and independent professionals. All these groups rely on Rondee for easy-to-use and free conference calling.
You do not need to register for Rondee unless you want to schedule your own Rondees using the Rondee website. However, there are benefits to registration for everyone:
When you dial-in from a registered phone number, you won't have to enter your assigned Pin to enter a Rondee. This feature works for all cell phones and most landline phones.
See all your upcoming and past Rondees at a glance
Have Rondee store your contacts
And, of course, registered users can schedule Rondees at any time.

Rondee makes it incredibly easy to arrange a group call in advance.
From the Rondee home page, indicate when you want your call to take place and who you want to invite.
Rondee then emails invitations to each invitee. When your invitee responds that he or she will dial in, a unique code to access the scheduled Rondee is provided.
Rondee also gives you and your invitees a link to a web page so you can see who is going to be on the call.
At the arranged time, each person just calls 619-2-RONDEE (619-276-6333) and enters his or her assigned code.
Remember that each code is unique to you as a Rondee user, and can also be used by you for any future Rondees. The Scheduled Rondee are ideal for businesses, clubs, non-profits and others who want to arrange discussions in advance with multiple people.

Rondee On Demand enables you and your invitees to conduct on-demand conference calls. A Rondee PIN is registered to you and will remain yours as long as you dial-in at least once every six months. You and your participants just dial 619-2-RONDEE (619-276-6333) and have
everyone enter the PIN.
With Rondee On Demand, your PIN is not a random code as with other conference calling services. Instead, you can customize your PIN to something memorable. As long as the PIN has not already been taken, it's yours.
The whole process only takes 15 seconds.

Scheduled Rondees are calendared through the Rondee website. You sign in to Rondee.com to choose the date and time for the call. Rondee sends out email invitations, and invitees respond on the Rondee website. Rondee keeps track of the attendance and displays the call title, agenda and responses on a page unique to that call. Various features can be enabled such as call recording, automated reminders and recurring conferences. Rondee emails each participant a different PIN code unique to him or her.
Rondee On Demand conferences are not scheduled through the Rondee website. Instead, you independently notify your invitees of the date/time, and
all participants dial in with the exact same PIN code. Click

Rondee is our take on the word "rendez-vous" which means (1) a meeting arranged for a specified time and place, (2) a popular meeting place for people. As a verb, rendez-vous means to meet at a specified time and place. Rondee is all the above. It's the new way to communicate in a virtual meeting place whenever and with whomever you wish.
Yes, the organizer can choose to record a call. When this option is chosen, participants are notified and everyone who was invited may download the audio by clicking on a link that will appear after the call is over; you have 30 days to download the audio. The link will appear on the exact same page that displayed all the original details for that Rondee. You will be able to access this page through the original invitation email or by logging into your account and choosing 'My Rondees'. The file will be in MP3 format. Files become available about 15 minutes after the last person exits the Rondee.
